When attending our camps, we want you to feel at home and we want your children to be safe.  Please review the following reminders to help us accomplish this goal:

Contacting Us:

We will not be available by email during the week of the camp. If you need to contact Daniela Easter, please text 647-839-8001.  We prefer that you not leave us a voice mail but text your message instead. Your messages will be replied to much faster this way.


We ask that you DO NOT call the gallery number as they are not connected with our camp and operate on a different schedule.


Drop Off:

Please drop off your children at the workshop doors at the back of the gallery. The doors will open at 8:50 am each day. If you require an earlier drop off, please contact us about extended care from 8 am.


Pick Up:

Please pick up your children at 4 pm daily at the workshop. If you require a later pick up time, please contact us about extended care until 5 pm. Repeated late pick-ups will be charged out at $10/hr per child extended care.


Parking: Please be advised that the Rose Theatre does not allow parking behind our gallery. They may have the gate closed. Please do not open the gate. There is free underground parking for 1 hour at the Rose Theatre.  Please be especially careful in this area as students will be crossing.


Snacks and Lunches:

Please provide 2 nut-free snacks (3 if extended care) and a lunch for your child each day. Due to allergy concerns we do not provide food during the camp however, we will have bottled water - please send a refillable container for your child. We do have a microwave and we would be happy to warm your child's meal if it comes in a microwavable container. If their meal needs to be refrigerated, please tell your child to put it in the fridge and one of our volunteers will help them. If a child comes to class without a lunch, you will be contacted to bring them a lunch. Please pack appropriate cutlery. Weather permitting we will be eating outside. Please provide a hat or sunscreen as necessary.


Shoes and Clothes:

Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting paint or ink on - we do get messy and our high quality art materials do stain! 


Last Day Art Show:

You are cordially invited to attend our end of camp art show on Friday at 3:45 pm! Please park in the underground free hour parking so that you can relax and enjoy our slideshow of activities. 

Illness and Missed Classes:

If a student misses a class, there is no provision for a make up class due to the nature of a camp. We will do our best to help them catch up on their artwork however, it may not be possible for them to complete all of the projects offered. If your child is ill and has a fever, please do not send them to camp. There are no refunds for missed classes. There are no refunds for no shows. Please refer to our refund policy BEFORE registering for our camp.
