PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:
As parents, we appreciate that plans change and illness happens. It has happened to us too.
Unfortunately, due to the limited seating and short nature of the March Art Daze program, we cannot easily fill vacant spots when someone cancels last minute. This means that another child has missed out on the activities because someone booked the spot and then didn't use it. Please take this and the following refund information into consideration before you register for the program:
To receive a refund, the activity must be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance. That means if your activity is on Tuesday morning, you must have cancelled by Monday morning. If your activity is on Tuesday afternoon, you must have cancelled by Monday afternoon. In this way, we have a small chance of filling the vacant spot from our waiting list.
If you have booked a full day and decide to cancel all or part of that day that same morning, there are no refunds. We cannot fill the vacant spot at such a late stage. If your child is going to miss a session or day (due to illness for example) and you wish to transfer the spot to another child in your family or to a friend, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please call us to explain the situation.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner that they were accepted less a $10 administration fee per student. There are no refunds for no-shows or missed classes and no make up classes due to the special activities prepared for the program.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We hope that these efforts will allow for as many students as possible to benefit from these sessions.
