We recognize that there are students that have health challenges. We believe in an inclusive environment for all children however, we require your assistance. We need to work as a team for the benefit of your child.
Please make sure that the program director is up to date on any health concerns that your child may have. It is your responsibility to provide the instructor with up to date contact information in case of emergency.
We will try our best to accommodate your allergy needs, however, as our classes are large, and we are in a rented facility, we cannot guarantee an allergy free environment and may not be able to accommodate all concerns.
A signed waiver is required to take any class or camp. Neither the instructor nor any staff will administer medication to your child. Please make alternate arrangements. If your child requires the use of an EPI pen, please speak to the program director in advance.
Although all courses taught in the Beaux-Arts Brampton Workshop are wheelchair accessible, we do not have an automatic door.
If your child has behavioural challenges and requires a companion to support them during the class, please inform the program director of what arrangements you have made to provide this support, prior to the start of class.
