Due to the nature of our programs and camps, there are no refunds or make up classes for missed classes. This is because our courses are all lesson plan based classes, not general interest drop in classes. As this is a progressive art course, students are encouraged to be in attendance for all the classes. Dates for all courses are provided on our website. Please check your schedule before registering for a course.
We realize that illness or other circumstances will arise. We will do our best to help students to catch up however, as many of our courses are project based, it is possible that missing a class will affect the outcome of your child's artwork. If you know in advance that you will be missing a class, please inform the instructor and she can let you know what will be missed to allow you to adjust your schedule if possible. We cannot guarantee that a student will be able to make up the work that was missed on their project.
Refunds will be available until the Registration Close Date before each course, less a $10 administration fee. Registration Close Dates are posted on the website and on our social media before you register. Registration Close Dates are set in place so that all the paperwork and purchasing for a course can be completed in advance of the course. Refunds are not available after the paperwork has been completed.
There are no refunds after a class has started as we cannot fill the spot from our waiting list. There are no refunds for missed classes due to illness, scheduling or any other reason. Due to the nature of our programs, there are no make-up classes.
Dates for our classes are scheduled in advance. Please check your schedule before registering for possible conflicts. There are no refunds for missed camp days. Any transfer of activities to another child must first get administration approval. Please contact our office as there may be a transfer charge if all the administrative work has already been completed. All refunds will be returned in the same way that they were paid.
Progressive Art provides a description of every class and we are happy to answer any questions about what students will be learning in advance so that you have a clear understanding of what you are purchasing.
Refunds will be given up to the Registration Close Date, less a non-negotiable $10 administration fee. No refunds will be given after that time as all paperwork, and materials purchasing will have included your child and cannot be returned, replaced or redone. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your credit card.
There are no refunds or make up classes for missed camp days due to illness, family obligations, vacation etc. There are no refunds after camp has started. If you would like to transfer the camp spot to another child in the family, please talk to us in advance of the class. If the transfer occurs after the paperwork has been completed, there will be a $20 transfer charge. This will cover the cost of redoing all the paperwork to include the new student. If the transfer is made before all the paperwork is completed, there will be no charge.
