Due to the nature of our programs and camps, there are no refunds or make up classes for missed classes.  This is because our courses are all lesson plan based classes, not general interest drop in classes. As this is a progressive art course, students are encouraged to be in attendance for all the classes. Dates for all courses are provided on our website. Please check your schedule before registering for a course.


We realize that illness or other circumstances will arise. We will do our best to help students to catch up however, as many of our courses are project based, it is possible that missing a class will affect the outcome of your child's artwork.  If you know in advance that you will be missing a class, please inform the instructor and she can let you know what will be missed to allow you to adjust your schedule if possible. We cannot guarantee that a student will be able to make up the work that was missed on their project.


Generally our classes will not be cancelled due to bad weather.  As students come from far and wide for this course, it would be impossible to anticipate all the weather conditions that they will encounter along the way. Do not assume that the class has been cancelled if you have bad weather in your area.

We urge parents to use sound judgment as to whether or not they will drive in bad weather.


If the class is cancelled by the instructor, (and this happens very rarely) it will be rescheduled or a substitute teacher will be provided. As all of our classes have a detailed lesson plan with demos and often video instruction, the students will not miss out on any scheduled instruction if they have a substitute teacher.
