WHAT IF MY CHILD MISSES A CLASS?

There are no refunds for missed classes.  If a student misses a class, there are no make up classes available. As they are given the sketchbook assignments for the entire course on the first day, they are welcome to work ahead on these at home.  As this is a progressive art course, students are encouraged to be in attendance for all the classes.

WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER CANCELLATIONS?

Classes will not be cancelled due to bad weather.  As students come from far and wide for this course, it would be impossible to anticipate all the weather conditions that they will encounter along the way.  We urge parents to use sound judgment as to whether or not they will drive in bad weather.

WHAT IF THE INSTRUCTOR CANCELS THE COURSE?

If the class is cancelled by the instructor, (and this has only happened twice in our 9 year history!) it will be rescheduled or a substitute teacher will be provided.
